You contact Macy's because that's where you ordered from. You can try calling CS now to ask if they were aware of the issue and ask what you should do if it is the incorrect lip glass. They may have found out in time and knew to ship the right one. If once you receive it you see it's wrong and Macy's tells you they can't send the correct one then they will have to refund you. Also its not arriving for five more days, will I even be able to get the right one at that point? Is there any hope macys knew of the mix up and sent me the right one?? Thanks

Im so happy this collection didnt sell out super fast.. I waited a week because I couldnt decide..and ended up with 3 lippies ... true red, ruby and roxo! cant wait!

Ummm ok. MAC sent 2 replacement Gold Mirror glosses. One came here on Tuesday and another arrived today at my other address. The neighbor just called to let me know. I feel like out of honesty I should return it but I know it would just be destroyed.

This is definitely my favorite collection of the year so far. If only could get my hands on Peach Beige

I say get the quad. I have been debating it for the last week or so and decided that if I have thought about it that long I should just get it. The pink sands color drew me in. I do tend to wear a lot of neutrals, though, and think it will be perfect for lazy makeup days where I just don't want to think about it too much.This is definitely my favorite collection of the year so far. Well, I live chatted with both MAC and Nordstrom and the reps said no restocks but sometimes there are conflicting responses, maybe you all could email or live chat with MAC or a department store or check in store if possible

I just got my order from Bloomingdales--I had ordered two "Gold Mirror"---and (no surprise) they arrived as "Mirrors," (wrong label/the gloss is silver) which is what I actually wanted in the first place. So, basically I'm a happy camper.

I chatted with a MAC CS rep and got told the same thing. I emailed Nordies and let me see what they have to say. I am so totally in regret mode for not getting True Red
BUT I did find a seller on eBay that's selling it New for 17.50+2.50 SH

I don't really trust what CS says about restocks. Both Mac chat and Nordstrom said they wouldn't restock AA at all, and then they did. That's what's keeping me from giving up completely.

It's the clearance bin, like eBay for specktra users only lol. You can access it once you have 50 posts and have been a member for 30 days. Users sell both new and used makeup, you can find a lot of limited edition items on there as well at reasonable prices. It's great!
