Ya I'm curious what time the people who got cancellations ordered. That sucks.

For those of you getting cancellations did you guys get confirmations first, or did they just send the cancellation email after you ordered?

Technically they're not supposed to, but a lot of stores still sneak and do it.  My girl said they got in trouble for that after Proenza and stopped doing pre-orders/holds, because they had a check-up and someone "caught" them. I know a lot of stores will still do it though.

My nordstrom also said no presales, not allowed...but said she would call me on launch day for phone order

Just ordered a backup DG on Macy's....was also able to order Roxo and mirror lipglass. I got a confirmation email, so we'll see

Well hopefully via Macy's, Belk, or Bloomies there is enough to go around for everyone. Those cancellations though are scary seeing as I ordered around that same time but Pacific.

I had a confirmation email first. I ended up ordering from Macy's. After I got my cancellation, I went back on Nordies and saw that it was still showing available. I added it to my cart, but it showed as "0" quantities. That was about 2 minutes after my cancellation email.

Anyone else have prob with billing info not appearing on Nordies? I verified the info was on my account late yesterday and then went to check out and nada. I don't have my wallet with me. Frustrated. I may need to try a CP. I am off the grid for at least the next 6/8 weeks so I cannot go to the store launch.
