never had a bad order from them actually...no smushed lipsticks & fast free shipping...i prefer belk

Belk is hit or miss.  I have heard of them either canceling entire orders or filling only a partial order and cancelling the rest.  It depends on when your order gets in...the earlier, the better

I got Strip Poker, Cranberry & Bijou from Macy's during the initial launch but I've somehow managed to miss every restock on every site which stinks.

I have dealt with them with two collection for one my blush was cracked and the other my lipstick box was open...their shipping quality sucks but the customer service reps are super nice

I haven't ordered from Belk in a good while but I had no issues when I did. I wouldn't have legendary, scarlet ibis, or love goddess if it weren't for them.

I'm just thinking they have SO many orders to get through...and how some people ordered early, then the cancellations. That's actually making me more nervous :/ I ordered at 2:16 west coast time, I'm gonna be pretty upset if it doesn't go thru

Okay so I was just scrolling through news gossip and stuff and found an article on Kelly and Momma O!! They were heading to a Mac event so sure as hell they are rocking their shizz!!
