I'm getting the blush & Viva for sure this weekend when I go to Nordies.I called my store to have them hold them for me, & he was like what, which product is that hboy: So after he figured out what I was talking about, he described the blush as more of a rose tone Rose Ecrin. We'll see

Normally we cannot go wrong with a JC blush, but Normally that is. Chanel makeup is lacking consistency. But I will purchase from États poétiques and the blush looks very pretty.

It really is pretty Dominique. I got mine yesterday and I love it. For me what's not to love------I love pink.

That just really sucks!!! I'd be tempted to keep calling until I got some satisfaction.

Hi it was Chanel.com. I had an issue with a Nordstrom order recently and the Beauty Stylist was so great, she kept in touch and handled it so well.

I sent them an email but from their initial response I don't have high hopes. I just want to make sure my money clears soon. When I received Affinite and let them know about the clasp for quality control purposes I didn't expect anything but the rep called and wanted to send a new one even when I told him it was ok. The clasp issue did not deter me from ordering again but this will.

The clasp issue did not deter me from ordering again but this will.

Not to worry awickedshape - pretty much all of us on here have had our issues with chanel.com at one time or another. For the most part they've been very good to me though. Thanks for the links. Everything looks beautiful on Karen and she seems very happy with her purchases.

I like how she said Intime is neither too warm nor too cool. I find that to be true on my pigmented lips as well, and see just a hint of grey or lilac in it. I was surprised when Temptalia called it warm.
