 I only have Shroom and Expensive Pink. Well and Carbon but seriously, my Carbon does not look that pigmented or smooth at all.

Neither does mine. I have 3 and they are all patchy and unpigmented. I posted a pic of mine over in the simpsons thread. There seems to be a lot of discrepancy with this shade.

After reading the color chart I'm disappointed with the colors chosen for her collection, doesn't sound sound like colors that she would wear. I will still check them out in hope that they look better then the sound.

This haul's gonna kill me because I really want that palette...all I wear on my eyes are neutrals so this is perfect for me. I don't have any MAC eyeshadows so hopefully I'll like them! Pending swatches of the lippies, lipglasses, and the CCB...yeah this one might be unexpectedly expensive for me.

I was thinking I might be interested in the 15 palette, but I have so many neutrals, including the 15 cool palette and all 3 Urban Decay Naked palettes, that I will probably be giving this one a miss. Nothing else in this collection appeals to me.

I have several Carbons, and they are all rather unpigmented and blah.

Same! I was really excited for this collection until the color story came out. Kind of a let down for me. Major skip.

I was told that the packaging was rubbery, kinda like the TR packaging. And that this is more of a Couture collection, hence the higher prices.

$110 for a 15-shadow palette??? What the heck is MAC thinking? Their head must really be up their butt on this one! This is ridiculous. They are going to be sitting on a lot of these palettes at that price. It will serve them right! Enjoy your overpriced palettes, MAC. Thankfully the majority of their collections don't go this route, but their prices are creeping up I think more than they should over the past few years. Maybe they think that there is not a monetary line that we wouldn't cross for their product, but there certainly is!

The math works for me. Its still less than $10 per shadow.

Well, go for it. Enjoy the heck out of it. Personally, I will never spend $110.00 for any eyeshadow palette. I still think it's overpriced. You can pick up a nice neutral palette by Urban Decay for $53.00, plus you also get a nice dual-ended eyeshadow brush. That's a much better deal.

These are full sized shadows aren't they? It works out to $7.33 per shadow, plus you get the palette. Seems like a really good price to me. I don't see the problem?
