am I crazy for skippin mac matte collection to invest in these nars audacious-ness!!!
I meeeeean mac HAS been boring me but ever since swatchin these at Sephora I've been in loooove PLUS has anyone tried the liners????
ummmm yes these need to come home with me. the hardest part is pickin a shade (or 2...3...4...7...all) BUT I think I've narrowed it down to:
Fanny
Geraldine (been obsessed with oranges lately)
Dominique
Rita-thanx to shontay and her goooorgeous-ness IM SOLD!!!
keep the swatches coming laydeez and pleeeease keep me posted on reviews you find on the liners. I think there's a liner to match Dominique and i'd rather get the liner vs the lipstick if poss

These Nars lippies are amazing...I bought Raquel and Anita to play it safe.......................LOVE!!! but I am eying about 8 more....hehe

Sephora has the liners now, but they don't have all of them - boo. El agua is at Bloomingdales. Thats the shade for Dominique. Nope, you're not crazy for skipping the MAC Matte Collection for these instead. I think they are much better quality form the formulation right down to the improved, luxe packaging. They are beautiful on the lips as well as beautiful in the tube. Love, love, love how much more hydrating they are. BTW, the liners are lovely! Sephora has quite a few of them in right now. Enjoy the heck out of your new lippies!

Hunnie, nobody will judge you, you are not crazy. Shoot even I'm skipping some of the MAC lipsticks, for these Nars lippies. These babies are worth it! Enjoy your goodies. I hope you save enough to buy all you want.

I was debating on whether or not to get Liv b/c I don't normally go so dark but you basically took that money out of my pocket and threw it to Nars! I was wondering how you found the texture of el agua. Is it smooth? I wasn't a big fan of the old Nars liners. I found them to be super dry.

Sorry, I haven't tried it on yet. My lips were tired yesterday with the swatching and removing and reswatching. I'll try it today, though.

I was thinkin of grabbing Barrow Street and its another one that's teal/blue-ish in my Sephora loves section!! maaaaan im just lovin nars more n more. this shyt is dangerous!

. I personally wouldn't recommend the eyeliners. I bought a handful when they came out and tossed them in a do-not-wear pile. I got to play wih the testers! My counter has 30 shades and was missing Janet tester. The SA was pushing me to buy the light pinks and told me that the deeper shades like Janet would be too dark on me. I thought WTH. She said the stocks were very limited, which I believe since Nars has always take very few stovks in my country, but I decided not to buy from her. The lipsticks were creamy and pigmented, and stained my hand. I like Greta, Juliette, Michiyo, Claudia and Angela. I must be missing something because I don't know who Angela theperson is, but i like the lipstick. If I saw elegant's pics of Janet, I wouldbuy it even from that SA. Omg so beautiful! And I love one called Sophie or Sophia too!

I agree, so dangerous! I have the black and the bronze eyeliners (sorry can't remember the names). And to be honest, they're just okay. It depends on how you like your eyeliners (I prefer creamier so...). I thought they were dry and you couldn't really build up too well because the layer you just put on would kind of rub off the layer underneath.. But the staying power is good. Well, except for on the waterline the black one fades within an hour.
