Aww, I'm sorry you have the same problem!

There was one other store here almost two hours away, but it closed shortly a few years ago. As it is, I have one Macy's counter within 30 minutes of me and two more almost an hour away. Not really conducive to easy shopping when one place sells out of something. I often end up paying shipping when the item is literally coming from less than 30 miles away, just because I can't backtrack and get to those places fast enough to buy in person after I already went to the counter 20 minutes from home. And I would spend that much on gas, as bad as traffic is here.

Yup, same story here -- down to the wasting gas in city traffic if I wanted to go to the next nearest counter. Seriously, our "parkway" is literally a "parking LOT" from 4 PM to midnight depending on what's going on around here!

A second live chat person confirmed that it's delayed until "sometime later today or tomorrow" now.
