I got my first Box (blush & SJ)! Yipppeee. I am at work so will post swatches later today. But the blush did give me a scare. I am trying to swatch it and it JUST wouldnt show up. I just had to take a BRB and try using a brush

. Phew! Voila it shows up really well!! I love that blush!

(Lets completely ignore the fact that right now I am sitting here with 2 diff blushes on my cheeks. In the excitement I didnt touch up the other side and frequent brb's will make my collegues wonder if everything is allright. Have to do with just side poses for a while

In a month, you can join the clearance section and maybe, maybe there will be some listings of items that did not work out for some members. If there is something about Specktra, people here do not sell for profit (except a couple of people here and there). Don't give up. I did not like Oblivion at all. It looks like your average drugstore red lipstick. In fact, it reminded me of the red lipstick my grandmother used to wear. There is nothing unique about it in my opinion. I am definitely going to return Oblivion. Heck, I may even return Strange Journey the more I think about it.

Put them in CB!! A lot of people missed out, I am sure someone will be happy to get it even if it is used.

I heard someone on Ebay was selling it for that much. I would sell mine for $35 plus 6% sales tax and shipping. Stay tuned.

Buddy, I am sitting there swatching and swatching-Nada ,nothing just some sheen! But with a brush it picked up the color so well!!

Very pretty Rinacee. You look lovely in all of them. Oblivion looks amazing on you. I was not a fan of it. Which one of these lipsticks will make it into your regular lineup? BTW- FnF is georgeous too.

I ordered 3 out of the 4 lipsticks. I already had Sin (No pun intended. lol). My first reaction. Strange Jourrney is an okay organgey-red. I'm not over the moon about it. I may pull it out next summer. I do not envision it as being one of my staple lipsticks.

I had recently purchased Kat Von D's Hexagram, Hellbent, Prayer and Bachelorette and I was more impressed with those lipsticks. I did not like Oblivion at all. It looks like your average drugstore red lipstick. In fact, it reminded me of the red lipstick my grandmother used to wear. There is nothing unique about it in my opinion. Oh no, I know you're NC42/NC44 as am I and now I'm concerned I'm going to be indifferent or hate Strange Journey.

I've been into MAC now for a year but colors in my collection are starting to run into each other and things are starting to look alike so I can't have a lipstick that I'm iffy about, I need to love it otherwise it goes back. Uh oh, hope I love it. How was the consistency of the lipstick? Was your lipstick a creamy-matte as well?

Also, I must concur. I tried the blush with my Real Techniques blush brush and it showed up MUCH better than just my hand swatches. Lovely blush.Not at all regretful now.
