Nordstrom has outstanding customer service. With how much they cost, you should exchange them if you're not 100% satisfied. I don't think Nordie's will give you any hassle at all.

Mine came packaged like that too! The lone piece of packing paper wasn't even all the way around the balls, just kinda pushed in at the back.

well pretty much everything that's powder is crushable

I never had anything crushed but their packaging sucks
they put tiny product in a huge box and then it just rattles around

You deserve to be happy with your purchase---and you're not. I'd say act on this immediately so that you get an appropriate replacement. So sorry this has happened
to you.

@tchristi, if you're unhappy in the condition they arrived in, return them. Those little balls cost way too much money to have them arrive in a state other than pristine.

I am wearing them today and I think I like them! Not sure if I used the right amount or brush, but I do have a nice subtle glow going on. I'm going to keep playing around with them.

I wore my white balls today and they are my FAVORITE of the 4 tins I have!

They make my skin glow and look wonderful. I'm pale so I lightly dusted all over my face and then concentrated a little more on my cheekbones for extra glow. I'm so happy I caved and purchased these.
