It is annoying - I can't even go onto the site to find which Sephora's have Becca in store. The entire website isn't working for me now.

It's mad annoying that the site is down! How can a company like Sephora not anticipate the heavy traffic and be prepared for it?! I want to use ebates and I refuse to call my order in. Grrrrrr. Good luck to everyone and hope we all get what we want before it sells out!!

Does anyone have a problem with their Sephora not carrying specific brands or only carrying one or two products from a brand. One of the closest Sephora's to me (Arrowhead mall in Phoenix) does not carry even the most popular products from some brands such as Guerlain's Meterorites. Sometimes when I ask for a specific product, the SA/MA seems like she or he has never heard of the brand.

Hi there! I go to the Arrowhead location, too, and they need a better selection!!! I live out in Goodyear, though, so I usually go to the local JCP which is even worse.

Made two orders to get two seasonset sample bags before the site went down and now I'm thanking myself for not waiting, haha. Ole Henriksen Walnut Complexion scrub, Peter Thomas Roth CC Cream, and Anastasia Brow Pomade. The last two are gifts though. I am such a sucker for GWPs! On a side note, am I the only person who wasn't totally wowed by the Audacious lipsticks? I've only worn one (Bette, I think) and it bled on me - something that's never happened with the old Nars formula. It could be because that was a super dark colour, but it kind of turned me off them. Maybe I should try again with a lighter colour?

Well I managed to place my order last night, only to wake up this morning and find I've been charged twice. Called (must have been on hold about 10 minutes) and apparently one will drop off between 1-7 business days. Ugh. Anyway, I ordered a new Clarisonic brush head, haven't used mine for months and its been sitting in my shower so I'm sure it's not very face friendly anymore, Estee Lauder daywear moisturizer, it's what my mom uses and it seems to work for her so I'm giving it a shot, the smaller Embryolisse as I've always wanted to try it, and finally Nars Greta, one fun makeup purchase in an otherwise boring skincare order. I wanted to make a second order in a few days but now I can't until the double charge goes away.
