Hey Sage!!! I'm VIBR and I had two outstanding orders and just got a shipping notice for one, this after being told
it would arrive by the 20th. I was afraid they were going to also say, "and we're taking those 500 points back".
I hope your orders aren't cancelled!

Well see ...

I still have one order placed on Nov 11 not shipped yet. I placed 2 orders on Nov 10 and I just got shipping confirmations yesterday afternoon so keeping my fingers crossed that this one will ship soon.

I called sephora and the rep said vib should automatically receive 250 pts and rouge 500 pts even if you didn't receive an email stating that. I'm not sure if that's true or not since I received an email with no pts mention lol

I placed an order on the 11th and it's still "Sent to Warehouse" too. A shipping confirmation and a tracking number would make me really happy...

Well thanks Sis! I was trying to figure out what shade the lipstick is. It does have a little disclaimer that shades may vary so I was curious.

When I called CS yesterday to get my 500 points, she said everyone is going to get their points updated, it just may take some time

Weird that she didn't just give them to me

So all that having to sign in every stinking time was just over the sale? It was so annoying.

An order I placed on the 11th was "shipped" on the 14th but the shipping label won't be created until tomorrow, so really, it hasn't officially shipped. That order contained a LC item.

I also contacted Sephora through their FB about points and they gave me 500, when originally they hadn't given me any, so at least that worked out.
