I haven't got mine either, and called Sephora CS. They said they couldn't do the code for me over the phone either! I said, "Well, this isn't quite fair that people are able to use the code before everyone has a chance to get theirs... or even before the date it's supposed to start!" She agreed but sadly said there was nothing she could do about it, saying it must be a glitch. Hopefully my items don't sell out. I don't think they will! But, here's to hoping.

I was goofing around with mine during a seminar and it recognized the code yesterday morning. I was quite shocked. Then I asked my husband to check his code and sure enough his went thru too. I don't think it was a system glitch. I truly think it was IT human error. And my daughter didn't receive her code in the mail...she got it an hour ago via email. Absolute nonsense that they can't do a phone order and just override the code and deduct your $$ amount.

I collect Rouge G's.I find the formula far more superior than beloved Tom Ford.Wear time is awesome and my lips do not feel dry after removal at night. And the pigmentation is awesome too.

The formula is definitely like no other!!! I had one in my cart but it sold out before I could purchase it. I'll get it when it restocks though. Rouge Parade blew me away.
I like the color better than Rose Grenat from last year's holiday collection.

I didn't think she'd go OOS so quickly! I happened to only notice this after I hunted her down at Saks in person. (Even though online CS said they don't carry the shade in stores and did a "stock check" for me.) I happened to be walking by the counter and did a double take... the associate noticed and asked if I needed anything. I said "IS THAT GRETA" and he laughed and said, "yes but don't get too excited I don't know if we have any left, we're low on stock." And low and behold, they had one left! (or that's what they tell me. I always have the sneaking suspicion that they "only have one left" when I don't know the SA too well. I'm a tad paranoid they're just in for the sale sometimes.) She's beauutiful. I highly suggest Greta. Okay, I'm done ranting. I hope you get her soon. I never received an email for when she was back in stock. I just happened to be creeping, while pondering ordering #20, I forget the name, haha.
