Bingo!!! I couldn't agree with you more Bronwyn!!! Most of our compacts are plastic anyway.

I know!!Most of my Guerlain Compacts are Plastic anyways with the exception of a few and they dont look or feel cheap either!! As long as its sturdy I am okay! The crazy meteorites were also priced the same! Only wulong/voyage has that intolerable price of around 175!

EXACTLY. I wouldn't spend $14 on a dry spice last week and I buy 5 lipsticks at 50 bucks a pop--at one time & don't even blink.
The dish that I made was delicious and no one knew it was missing a spice!

I use the Terracotta Bronzers and those compacts are plastic---I happen to like them.

I have Dore 04 in the peerless and they are pretty dark. I felt safer with medium. I'll use Dore more often in the summer.

So my local counter said they would hold the blush for me, but that they don't have testers. Depending whether the compact is permanent or not, I'll get either the compact or the blush I think.

Thank you I noticed this too I wonder if this will fly off the shelfes and if sells out I wonder if they get anymore in like sephora did eventually etc with the holiday ones Maybe it's wish full thinking

I think it will be around for a while !! And hopefully the compacts will join the permanent lineup!!

Super excited to announce I picked up the guerlain pressed meteorites compact in 02. Apparently, they aren't allowed to put testers on the floor 'til january, but they were already sold out of the blush, as people in the know come ask about products early.

Oh gosh! So tempting. But my Guerlain counter doesn't have them. Tempted to hold out for sephora so that if I don't like the blush or compact I can still return after swatching. NM doesn't have my favorite cosmetic return policy

Mine either. I was holding out for Sephora or Nordies but NM sent me a 10% off your shopping bag code. So I just bit the bullet. Hope I don't regret it!
