I don't know all the facts of what happened with her accusing TF of stealing her idea, but I'm pretty sure that you cannot 'steal an idea' especially one as broad as using the terms lips and/or boys. It will never fly in court.

Apparently hers is called "The Boyfriend Collection" but I agree. The idea is not all that novel. If she genuinely had an idea for a lipstick collection, with all guy names and it was going to be Lips and Boys and she had registered the trademark "Lips and Boys" then I could see her getting upset, but otherwise.... "Sit down, lady!"

I feel the same way, I just wish they were either a teensy bit bigger or a bit cheaper, other than that I'm so glad I've gotten the ones I've gotten. I'm definitely more jazzed about getting any full size lippies that may tickle my fancy now because of it too.
