MAC Pencilled In Collection (Feb 5, 2015)

First of all loving the bangs! I love how organized your lipstick collection looks. Mines a hot mess...

Def need to get my makeup organized!

For those of you who love MAC lip pencils and might be interested, I just did a swatch video of my MAC lip pencil collection on my YouTube channel (link is in my signature).  There are 34 lip swatches in total.  My lips are still sore! LOL!:haha: I am a serious lip pencil hoarder, so I imagine that I will get quite a few from this collection.  I can't wait for swatches to come out. I'm loving the descriptions so far.

I THINK I Can Skip The reds since I have a lot already. I have Shock Value Pro Longwear pencil, so I think I can skip Candy Yum Yum pencil. As beautiful as it might be, I don't think I would use Cyber World enough to warrant getting it right now. That leaves: Heroine Chic Trick Edge to Edge Fruit Cocktail Rosy Rim Talking Points Nightingale I really need to see swatches of some of those pinks, too, as I might have dupes. I can't wait to see live swatches!

The glosses are still perm though, right?

It only makes sense to make CYY, Heroine, and Ruby Woo (glosses and pencils) perm since the lipsticks are perm, but I guess you'll never know with MAC.

My list right now:

• Chic Trick-amped up fuchsia
• Fruit Cocktail-clean light peachy-coral
• Rosy Rim-muted rosy tinted pink
• Talking Points-bright blue-fuchsia
• Nightingale-midtonal cream plum

Maybe (pending lip swatches):

• Edge To Edge-dirty blue-pink
• Follow Your Heart-vivid bright bluish-red

I already have Heroine and Fashion Boost. Not sure if I need CYY and Ruby Woo since I have Shock Value and RiRi Woo.

I know I won't get enough use out of Cyber World, so that one's a skip.

These look pretty good. I could probably use pencils for my Candy Yum Yum and Heroine, I think they'd look better if I paired them with a liner. They all look nice. I really like Chic Trick and TP and I have a lot of Pinks I may be able to wear em with but I dont even use lip liner much. They seriously ALL look nice. I think CYY and Heroine are really the only ones I could REALLY use.

I agree, they all look so nice. I am excited to see actual swatches. I hope they are very close or identical to the MAC box swatch.

Finally! MAC has needed a lip pencil overhaul for a looooooooong time. Hoping that Edge to Edge and Nightingale are the cool toned beauties that I need! It's ridiculous to have to rely on Magenta, Absolutely It, and Pink Treat to wear with any lipstick that falls in the cool toned pink to plum range. Hope they are all perm!

I totally agree, I love the wear of mac pencils, i have cherry and embrace me, but I've always walked away from the mainline beige and pinky colours as I've felt they were not quite what I was after, so hopefully these will pair well with what i already have
