Tom Ford Beauty Discussion

I didn't try it on this time but Plum Lush was one that I was debating when I first saw the collection and tried a whole bunch of them on. I was trying to be good and not buy a whole bunch at one time.

That reminds me someone was recently raving about one of the pink blushes and I added it to my mental list. Good thing this counter didn't have blushes. But I don't think it will be long. I'm afraid I've been ignoring my blush duos. Maybe I will remedy that today.
I think the lippie itself is probably prettier than the name would suggest---at least for me. I saw that and thought purple!

Same here! I haven't used mine in quite some time and I do love them--------a sure sign of product overload ICL!!

I just recently started getting into lip liners. (I know, I know.) I know TF doesn't do lip liners... So I was wondering if anyone had ideas for ones I could look into to pair with either spanish pink, blush nude, or both? Those are my two nude lippies that I think would look nice and cleaned up with a liner!! TIA!!!

Things have been pretty rough for me lately, health-wise, but I think I'm going to use Tom Ford to soften the blow/keep me on track.

I'm on a modified diet right now for medical reasons, and I've been meaning to lose some weight. I think once I hit certain weight milestones lost, I'll reward myself with Tom Ford brushes.

Bronzer brush for 50lb sounds about right, doesn't it?

I saw someone in one of the MAC threads suggest that MAC's stone liner is good for nude lipsticks. Maybe you could check that out.

I remember the lipstick aphrodisiac (19) being mentioned a few pages back, but I can't remember if anyone had it or swatches. I see it going for usual reta on ebay and kind of want it. :haha:
I have it, it's sooo close to flamingo - I can swatch when I feel a little better picked up 9 boys love most but Ian is too light for me, William I like but have pink dune and they are def not similar but I'd rather have a more different looking one and I don't like orange but one ended up in my bag! will exchange those I think for Matthew and Rory (it's not like the gold from spring at all) and could be a great mixer and the grape one or a few others I liked I made a little list quickly after I bought them as some seemed very similar to what I had as I left swatches on my arm, didn't take pics but wrote down thoughts when I pulled out the big guns and compared to me, Blake is the rockstar of the 50! xx sara @ color me loud has a swatch of 19 on her blog btw

Ordered 3 more today from Saks: Beau. Adriano. Xavier. I was looking for Alejandro, but it's sold out. I already have Luciano and Based on swatches, it appears they are almost identical? Alejandro seems a tad more blue-based, which is why I think I would prefer him. But, overall, I do wonder why Alejandro flew off the shelves whereas Luciano is readily available? They just seem so similar.
when I picked up boys at NM a few days ago, they had all colors but Julian + Stravos, if there is a color you want def call a NM store or go in, I was surprised as I was quite late to the boy bandwagon! Saks.com often has items that magically appear in fact I was able to snag TF shameless np that I missed last year....as far as Saks stores go they charge a shipping fee, after picking up my boys at NM I went to Saks to look around saw a Chantaicalle LE bliss blush on the counter, she said she could send one and would look as store was out, she found a few days later and they charged $10 ship on a $38 blush....it's pretty but soft as all their blushes are

That's odd, i just ordered off sak's online and didn't have a shipping charge... You'd think they'd ship for free if they were out of stock in store. NM does that!

What a great reward!!! That TF bronzer brush is the most luxurious brush that I own and it's worth every
penny---I find it too big to use for bronzing but it's great to use with beauty powders.

Saks online has a "free ship" code and when I order via a Saks store by phone they waive the shipping fee.

After planning to be on a no-buy policy, I ended up purchasing 13 of the boys. Oops. They are my first Tom Ford purchase. To be honest, I'm probably going to use them a few times and put them into storage so I don't use them up. Ugh, and I planned to get the Nars dual intensity palette too.

I want that dual intensity palette too. It seems like the best way to go since I couldn't make up my mind between Subra and Giove. I ended up buying a couple lipstick storage containers because of TF boys. 12 boys = special storage
