I was thinking the same thing. Sell it on CB, Poshmark, or Mercari. There's plenty of people who will buy gently used makeup.

I see you've got your question answered but for future reference, Nordies over the phone will be from the same stock as online but they'll prob be better able to verify stock levels. You can also call different Nordstrom stores by looking up ones near to you and they will ship free to any state. A tip, try calling one in a state behind your time zone as they would open later and you will have a better chance at snagging an item.

I'm glad you love Opera. I have soooo many similar reds, I'm going to be good and put that money towards something else. I'm also glad you told me that the Heroine lipglass is similar to IS&S. I have that and have not even opened it as yet. Hurray for creamy pencils. Are they prolongwear creamy or just creamier than the previous version?

Thanks allthingsglam I'm glad I was able to order Oxblood, and of course now Nordstrom took down Oxblood, must be nerve racking for anyone trying to order it at this point. Can't wait to see your swatches! Anyway, I love the Toledo music that plays on the MAC front page!

This is gorgeous on you, thanks for sharing! I hope mine looks this good on me!I LOVE Oxblood!!!!!!It's a tad peachier on me than KS- but I do notice a difference as slight as it is. Dolly's swatches really show the difference and slight nuance in color. Today I did a smokey eye and it is gorgeous with Oxblood. Glad you picked it up too!!!
Am thinking of getting Victoriana, but I picked up so many reds this fall I really can't justify it --plus I should be saving for the upcoming collections! lol That said, I may still cave and get it. I love LG too and a matte version would be fabulous!

It can be hard to justify more of the same colour family I agree- but this packaging is just too beautiful for me to show restraint.
I'm loving being able to order again - I also realised I could order direct from MAC USA too via Paypal which is good to know.
We haven't even got the Red Collection here - did you get Toxic Tale? I am on the fence...

I recall reading about a newer MAC creamier matte formula on Specktra over the last few months...I recently bought Rebel (Satin) from Heirloom Mix and it felt awful, so I went and bought one in perm packaging with an earlier batch code- and it was much nicer in texture and more creamy. I also bought No Faux Paus and RHPS lippies and they don't have the strong vanilla scent at all. I don't get it- if a formula changes brands always make it clear and advertise a new/improved formula. I actually made an online enquiry to MAC about ingredients/formula changes and got an acknowledgement of the enquiry but no actual response followed. I have given up on trying to obtain proper info.

I got my haul (RP, KR, O and V), and I love everything so far. I don't know how I feel about the packaging though. I didn't like it at first until I saw it in person. It's beautiful, and I love it enough that I want to order the other reds (must resist), but I'm afraid it would easily get dirty.
