MAC X Cinderella Collection (March 5, 2015)

I'm so sad, I feel like everyone jumped on this collection and bought it in bulk just to re-sell. Pretty much missed out on it, and if want to buy anything have to buy it tripled the price -__-

Boldy Bare looks lovely under RB. Subculture, Spice too. Edge to Edge if you want it to look more pink.

Thank you! I wish I had a MAC counter near me, but since I do not, everyone's advice is invaluable. I looked at Boldly Bare online recently but I think it was sold out. I think I'd like to get it and Edge to edge for under RB.

I recently got Edge to Edge liner from the Penciled In Collection and it's so beautiful with almost any pink/nude lipstick. It's not nude but it's a pink that works really well with nudes. Sorry the photo is terrible quality, but just to give you an idea of Edge to Edge swatched with RB.

We just got an Ulta, but they don't carry my favorite lines except Urban Decay (love their lip and eyeliners.) I think for two different looks under RB I'm going to order the Boldly Bare and Edge to Edge. It seems BB will make it look more nude and EtE more pink, right?

I'm so sorry. We were discussing above how greedy some people are to up charge sooooo much and profit by other people's distress. I really hope you're able to get some pieces you want in restocks.

Yw! I have stores close by and still love shopping and looking online! Lol it's fun, easy and helpful. Yes, I think if you want to find a nude and pink look w RB, BB and Edge to Edge are both amazing options! I've been actually meaning to pick up BB too, it's really a great liner for a muted/neutral/nude lip. ETE has jumped To the top of my list since I got it and I love how it warms up my nudes and makes them more pink! Really versatile color!

That was me, lol! Thank you! Yarahflower was also nice enough to point it out earlier and, sure enough, there were the microscopic labels on the bottom. Tiny little letters AND pale gold, bad combo!

Sorry if I offend someone but what the hell is wrong with some people? I stopped by my store today to get an extra RB for mom (I got my stuff last week) and there was already a long line for both Bao Bao and Cinderella. I wasn't too worried because my store usually gets decent stock but most of the women in front of me didn't even know what they wanted. Some didn't even know the names of the items and others couldn't make up their mind. Maybe is the makeup addict in me but I like to do my research before launches, any other day I don't mind it but with a collection as hectic as this... common people...anyway I did manage to get my mom's lipstick

Consider yourself having a leg up then, because you can walk right in and have an SA pull exactly what you need. That's what I did this morning: had my list ready of the must-haves, beelined for one of my regular SAs who was working, and handed him my list. He pulled and set those items for me at the register and I continued to look around for any possible items I wanted to add.

Any opinions on the eye glosses? Can't decide if I need one or both. Has anyone tried them as a cheek highlight?

I'm intrigued but thinking it's a waste at the same time. I like the look of Lightly Tauped. I'm worried about my lashes getting stuck together and I wear contacts when I go out. Cheek highlight would be nice. Brow bone too? Hmmm. I think I'll check it out in store first. Something tells me it may still be there as it wasn't favorably reviewed. Unless the eBay rapists bought them out.

That's a tough one. You can probably bet that a good percentage are resellers, and then there are those like me, who are tying to fulfill CPs. It's helpful to know how much I can buy, because if it's not enough to cover what's on my list, I'm planning my next course of action. With launches like these, SAs are busy and so am I, so I like to get in and get out and keep it moving.

good point, Yazmin. Or maybe she has granddaughters/daughters/nieces who love Cinderella... I guess you really never know.
