It was shocking!! She asked me what kind of mascara I use, and I told her from Sephora. (It's one thing I don't spend serious $$$ on, I'm happy with the one I have.) and She goes, "oh, well. that's cheap and why your eyelashes look like the way they do. Tom Ford mascara will make them look good."
Meanwhile at that point in the day my makeup had been on for 10-ish hours. Of course I wasn't going to look pristine!
& yes, I absolutely told them everything in email, and will when I speak to them on the phone.
Of course I know you know this, but it shouldn't matter whether you looked "pristine". Most of us don't...ever, let alone 10 hours into the day! I'm
sure you looked lovely, regardless of what brand of mascara you were wearing!?!?! (ludicrous!) There's totally no excuse for what she said. It was nasty and demeaning and I wonder did she think that approach was going to get her sales?! I'm baffled by her behavior.

Update: the email I was given was to the head of PR of the Boca location. She CC'd the head manager of cosmetics and she'll be getting back to me Monday morning via phone. I'll be following up with her Tuesday, incase she doesn't call Monday. I'm impressed how fast she emailed me back. We'll see what happens.
