Precious Beige is awesome. I'm NW15, so-white-I'm-actually-pink and it's a totally wearable shimmering nude. I don't have corpse hands, and 3 coats covered the nail line. It's also a really glossy formula.

I'm in love with the brown cheek stick rubbed on my lips and topped with Beige Star. Beautiful lip combo!!!

I'm interested in Beige Pur and Lovely Beige (don't want Precious Beige because of the shimmer), but I don't know how they would look against my skintone. I saw a gorgeous swatch of LB on an Asian blogger, but it's obviously not going to look the same on me. And I don't want to get both either, would be great to narrow it down to just one. What to do...

I have found beige lipgloss for the Casper of the world can be tricky. The new one in this collection is to me scary in the tube, but once it is on it is lovely. Just a delightful nude. Most nude lip products makes me look like the walking dead. I tried the lighter stripe powder yesterday. It felt really nice. But I so know I would probably never use it.

I so agree that WOC have challenges, but there should also be something for COTW (Casper's of the World) too. Especially those of us who have pink undertones. The Asian market is well represented, but jut as WOC have various tones within that group, Casper's are for the most part yellow or pink undertones. What works on yellow undertones group of Casper's, makes the pink undertones look like we have advanced liver disease. As in we look jaundice.

and since I am very pale with strong yellow undertones I have to add my frustration of brands having light shades of foundation with only pink undertones (dior, guerlain...) so annoying
they have one shade that is light and yellow and discontinue it. great job

My first Chanel picks arrived yesterday, I'm excited to play with them. I picked the Les Beiges marinier powder no 2, the pink cheek stick no 21, Caroube stylo, and Reveuse Coco Shine. I couldn't decide between the vernis, I like Lovely Beige but it looks very similar to Intention which I already have have (but really love).:heart:

I don't know if this will help but the woman looks fairly pale and she swatched all 4 polishes, granted in a department store which has crap lighting I'm sure.
