Guerlain discussion

Mine is too dark to work as a finishing powder, but I love it to death as a cheek product. I feel like this is the product I needed instead of a standard bronzer.
I tanned tiny bit so I can dust it all over easily it matches my skin tone now. Even when I was a ghost i was still able to do it but i could see that it made me look a bit darker. Yesterday i did jolie teint all over and then i did standard bronzer from their 4 seasons line . Loved it

for me it's totally different product than les beiges which is only plain setting powder for me. (that has dull finish and makes my skin look even dryer) this is more of a all over finishing powder that gives subtle warmth to the skin I tanned tiny bit so I can dust it all over easily it matches my skin tone now. Even when I was a ghost i was still able to do it but i could see that it made me look a bit darker.  Yesterday i did jolie teint all over and then i did standard bronzer from their 4 seasons line . Yes,Monsy, you nailed it perfectly. The Les Beiges makes my skin look dry at least at first. Later in the day it gets shiny/glowy. I'm going to try the Guerlain powder! Do you think it's better to counter pink undertones with the brunettes version or to use blonde version that has the pink in it. I'm always afraid those pink based powders will make me too pink.

Truly Ms. Monsy knows this product. Monsy was kind enough to guide me to the blonde version. I purchased the compact version. A tad bit more travel friendly.

Apparantly Guerlain sent me a gift that will be delivered on Monday. I am curious what it is going to be. I can't even remember participating in a contest, but who knows on what i clicked somewhere in the past.

In my job, to show respect we refer to the top ladies as "Ms" first name. Since last names often are hyphen or different then what you think. As in hub and wife have different last names. Which I totally get, since my summer marriage I never took the loser hubs name.

Which one did you get Katred?
I have the lightest one- Blond Clair 00.
I don't think that one was ever sold in the States. Do you like it??? I was drooling over it at Harrods and Selfridges. Not sure it is that different then 01 to warrant the overseas shipping charges.

We're only laughing because she always forgets her screen name is Monsy since it's her fur baby's nickname.
