I was given a generous sample of the new Sublimage oil that goes for 650.00. It is actually quite good, as it should be for that price. You only need a 1/2 drop for your entire face and neck. The next morning your face is beyond soft. You only are to use 2-3 times a week.

My SA was telling me about this stuff. She said it hadn't come in yet. I said I knew it would be expensive. I told her every line seems to be carrying an oil these days. She did give me a bunch of Sublimage samples. Every time I buy from a Chanel counters the SAs want me to pick out a sample and I never know what to get. Maybe I should just build up my Sublimage samples.

You should amass enough for a month---especially since you only use it twice/week.

Thanks Ali---it goes on my 'to consider' list.

When I think of how my makeup stash has grown exponentially and in contrast to what I had in the past & made do, I question my obsession----only for a fleeting moment!

I hope your trip has been amazing!!!!

Thanks, it was, Meddy, in various ways.

I want the Blues NOW!!!!!
I hear you! I got too impatient and order the eyeliner from Ebay. It arrived late yesterday last and I just applied it on the upper lash line before heading out to a dinner with the Hub. It wasn't particularly well coordinated to that day's eye look which was green (Sahara Glaze with Feuilles and an accent of Estee Lauder Cyber Metallic in Green) And Hub actually commented on it, an unusual occurrence.

Hub: Is something different in your eye makeup to what you wore the other day?

Me: My eye makeup is different every day.

Hub: But it's not the same as the other day. (I had showed him Nordy's Reviver and asked his opinion).

Me: No it isn't the same. It's green today, not mauve.

Hub: This one has something more about your eyes.

Me: You like the dark blue eyeliner?

Hub: Is that it? Yes, it makes your eyes more...

So there's the verdict. Probably will get a backup when it actually makes it here.

LOL.

That's hysterical----I agree w/Shars----if hubs notices makeup, a product, hairdo or outfit---it's code for backup-----and you may want to purchase stock in the company too!!!

Hey, Shars and Meddy, you guys are so funny! Yes, a back up is definitely part of the plan. Here's hoping he doesn't notice the vintage JC "Ultra Rose" I got to console myself as the sole person on earth on whom Alezane is not all that flattering. I'm not sure I would be up for a backup of that.

I agree with the other girls!! If hubby notices it that means back-up and stock in the company can't hurt!

Besides, his noticing...did you like the product?
