My Sephora order just came in.  I forgot all about it.  I'm kind of ho hum about it.  Not a rewards issue.  I'm just still bummed I missed out on the MUFE palette.  I did get the MUFE lipstick but it looks small to me.  I've never had one their lipsticks before.  I did get another VIB bag but only because it had a mini Kat Von D liner in it.  
It sucks to miss out on the palette, but at least you can put the colors together yourself if you really want them. You do miss out on that nice packaging, though.

Definitely. Some stores are nicer than others, so sometimes I go out of my to go to the nicer stores (the stores that also don't pretend to not have any regular, prepackaged samples in stock).
You really shouldn't have to go out of your way. If you feel that uncomfortable you need to make that known to a manager.

Its "reward" not "award" Good grief. These people cant even get the tweets right....
I'd feel better about us all not getting one if they actually were awards! Sounds like the beginning of a great "Most Likely..." game haha. Now accepting nominations..... I went ahead and sent an email regarding the rewards event. I contemplated addressing it to "Cruel Mistress" :haha:

That is an odd (and unprofessional) statement. The items you listed above don't seem hazmat to me, so not sure why they chose Ground.
He didn't know either and then he made that statement kinda like saying "well at least u got something who cares when you will get it". That's what i felt like he wanted to say

I used to work at a call center and he probably had a crap call before me but that's not my issue. lol
Exactly. And if he can't help you, at least he can keep his stupid comments that solve nothing to himself.

I sent an email, and I was about as snotty as I could be in it too. I mentioned that if they intend to just offer more points they can go shove them bc they're valueless. Let's see what they do

I think it's so cute that they wrapped the rewards up! It would've been nice to receive mine today and just in time for my bday. hrumpppp lol

Speaking of being annoyed: why is Sephora's lighting so bad? It's a makeup store so shouldn't the lighting make you look fabulous? I look weird in their mirror, but when I go anywhere else (even Mac like I did today), I look fabulous again. Do they want me to think I'm ugly so I can buy makeup to change that?
YES!!!! I was there today & their light is just awful!!! A shade looked completely different in there than what it did in Nordies.

I really think it's the SA's. A bunch don't care at my store but I had one girl open up the foundation bottle after she asked if i used it and i said yes but it's the wrong color...opens the bottle, looks inside, swirls the foundation around to see if the bottle is still full...and i'm like wow really i told u i tried it did u think the bottle was empty?? she acted like if it wasn't full the money would come out of her paycheck!
I had an SA do something similar to me once. He asked if it was used and I told him no. He held it up to the light, opened the cap, swirled it around and then shut one eye and peered DEEP into the bottle with the other eye. I asked him if he wanted to just pour it out to measure it and make sure it was all there. He closed it up real quick and processed my refund.

The kicker was it was a hair oil in a clear bottle so he could see it was full. SMH
