I had to fly out early this morning before the store opened. But.....if you take Black Orchid or BD or Wes and apply the Bruise Plum over it, you will have a good idea of what So Vain with the gloss will look like. So Vain is truly a vamp lover's dream......just got back to Chicago. Need warm bath and wash my hair. As for the cheek and eye product used for the pic, I was told it was the ombre products. I also want to clarify I saw the actual booklet for the upcoming releases. And it was not from anyone at NM who showed me. It was from the TF store of the area I was in yesterday.

The ones that didn't sell out from last year's release have gone up from $32 to $35! That's a big jump for such a tiny boy!

I was out of them at 16 months. My brother, well he was just 2. But they didn't have pull ups back then. I so know he would want the cute pull-ups with the change color if you twinkle. So we can do the potty dance around the Boy's.....3.00 that is a wowsers....I saw the new Christian Louboutin lips in my travels. First it is a lethal weapon, not storage friendly, and really at what point do you all just price yourself out of the market???

My great grandma worked for the actual Coco Chanel. My Mama to this day still has some of the clothes. It has been drilled in my head, there are the classics and the fads. For the fads go to Target. For the classics get the best you can afford. But even high designers must be high on crack for some of stuff they do.......

FYI, if you are flying do NOT have the headache meds "Goody's" on you and not in the original box. I got stopped today since they thought I had coke on me. Best OTC headache meds ever!!!!! The Goody's not the coke.

I can't believe they actually raised the price of the ones that didn't sell. If they weren't selling at 32 I doubt they'll sell at 35! I guess I'll have to be even more picky about Boys this year.

NM is suppose to have the exclusive of the Amber Absolute or something like that around 9/15 or so. I guess it is coming out of the vault or something. So Vain is truly a to die for vamp. Also as we have learned before....then names used for some of lipsticks in other countries are changed in the States. So for any of the eBay lurkers out there, yes, I am witchy today. If you are selling a "new" vamp, with a name we don't know of in the States, it was and is So Vain. So just wait ladies, it is coming here.

I went to NJ today and the NM rep there told me they are getting the full line come October. Right now they only have lip colors and perfume. She invited me to a preview party. Maybe the line is being expanded in more NM stores. That would be great. Having a full counter at my local Nordies would be even better.
