Curious....have any of you who emailed the epic rewards email address heard back from Sephora? Wondering what their "solution" is? 1000 pts as we heard before?

I emailed the epic rewards address and regular customer service... I have not heard back from either. :-(

I'm wondering too. Hoping that they reactivate it, but I won't hold my breath. Hopefully, it's because the NY show is coming up and not because it's gone. No idea when it is, I just wanted 30% off. lol

I'm assuming it was an error since the makeup show was since May! Their next sale is not likely to be round Thanskgiving, which is when they usually have their F&F 20% off.

Yes! Thanks for posting! I'm glad it's active again. It was up for a few hours on Friday and then they deactivated it. I think I'll grab the Bobbi Brown oil on my next order. Or maybe another YSL haha.

I also figured they would be tiny given the price but I'm glad they still have all the markings and were packaged so well. If it's still around by the VIB sale I may get it just to try the brand. That blush will do nothing for me though so I may have to give it away lol.

Haha yeah I hope it will stick around that long too. I feel like the price is fair considering the markups we usually see from cosmetics companies but certainly not ideal. I'm going to try the blush as an eyeshadow as well. They used it that way for one of their fashion shows I think.

what do sephoras inside of JCP usually carry? I have never been to one. Are they smaller and have less brands? One opened recently close to me

They are usually smaller and carry fewer brands !! The one close to me carries MUFE, NARS, Buxom, Becca, KVD, Too faced, Urban Decay, Tarte, Cover fx, Bare Minerals, the whole sephora range, fragrances and a small skincare section(PTR, Shiseido etc etc)!! I am sure I missed a few but the ones close to me doesn't carry brands like hourglass, Marc Jacobs , Dior, givenchy etc etc !! Hth

I've found stuff on sale for a way cheaper price than the exact item has been on sale for online! Sephora really pisses me off quite often, but with the news I just peeped on Specktra's Insta about them carrying the brand Black|Up soon... Man, I'm so excited and happy (and surprised) that Sephora is doing this! Many WOC will be TOO happy about the news!

I also find that the JCP stores near me usually display newly released items quicker than the regular Sephora stores and they tend to sell out a little slower too.

Yup! They had the Moonshadow Baked nude palette the last time I went (I see now it's also online). I've had that for years, maybe they're getting rid of it.

I was happy to see that as well. We have a black|up counter here but they don't always get the new stuff quickly. I hope they won't be online only and will be in Sephora by the VIB sale time.
