John was one of the original boys I wanted but I got Jack instead. I think I'm going to have to see the new men in person to decide which I want.

Yes!  I want Virgin Rose so bad, but after this massive spend-a-thon, I need to cool it for a while.  Famous last words. I'm going to try to do that...except for the blue cream shadow...that. will. be. mine. By tomorrow, I will have Guillermo, So Vain, and Love Bruise...I'll be happy to post swatches separate and with the gloss over the lipstick.  If ya'll are really lucky (unlucky?) and my face is behaving, I will also post lip and/or full face pics.  Can you tell I'm very excited for these?

Yessss I tried it on !! The shimmer does not feel gritty!! It doesn't even feel like it has shimmer when applied :yahoo: it looks so pretty standalone even without the gloss!!

Well, I just came back from the mall. I was returning a lippie to sephora that didn't really work out for me.

Anyway!! On my way out through Neiman's I stopped at the TF counter to pick up love bruise. I tried it on... soooo pretty!! It'll look beautiful over SV and all my other slightly vampy colors. I was all ready to check out and waiting and waiting on a SA. My usual lovely lady wasn't there. And then appears.... that AWFUL SA from a few months back that insulted me and lead me to complain to corporate. And here I figured she was let go, since I hadn't seen her since the incident. She was all polite to me, but I couldn't stomach the possibility of giving her a sale or commission or whatever they get. I high-tailed it out of there so fast it was probably comical.

I'll go back later in the week to pick up LB gloss.

However-- OF COURSE, on my way running (well... speed walking) out, I skidded to a halt when I saw NM finally had in the Chanel blue notes/rhythm collection. Ended up buying both polishes and the mascara from a super sweet SA. I'm contemplating the peachy-like IDO and possibly the quad. I don't reach for blues that much, but WOW that quad is so pretty and pigmented.

But yeah, anyway. Disappointed that she still works there. She was being pushy with another lady at the counter and I wanted to say "don't buy from her!!" but I just left. Frustrating that I can't just drop in to pick up something without being scared away by the devil SA. and I don't easily anger or get scared off!!

So sorry you had to run into that person and have her ruin your shopping experience. Maybe try order online and pickup so you don't have to chance running into her. Just call and make sure the pickup is not at the counter.
