I love purples too! Lilac Nymph & Jack are definitely different. LN is almost a pastel, very cool toned pinky purple shade & it even has the very slightest hint of frost, but it's truly undetectable unless you're examining it closely, which I did. It's a really pretty shade for spring/summer. My only complaint is that I find the formula to be a bit inferior, it's thin, on the sheer side & doesn't feel as buttery/creamy as Jack. Jack is several shades darker & much warmer. The formula is top notch, I just love this one. If I had to pick I would definitely choose jack, but the shades are certainly different enough to warrant getting LN if you like the shade! HTHAwww, thanks! I seriously love it. So glad I got it. I may have been a bit impatient, so I cleaned my lips and popped on Jack. Also a win! It's not as purple as I was expecting, but it's really pretty, wearable, and comfortable. It feels like silk. [@]Psych1[/@], how do you think lilac nymph and Jack compare? I'm itching to try some purples, and my virgin rose will need a buddy...it's a long distance to my house for it to travel alone.

Crappy light, end of day makeup, brows not done, but here I am! SV and Guillermo are DEFINITELY NOT the same...similar-ish to where you might not NEED both, especially under gloss. G pulls darker and more brown. SV pulls more mauve. I LOVE LOVE LOVE SV. It is very glittery, and I do feel the grit upon application or when it's wearing away but not during prime-time wear, if that makes sense. Glitter is not noticeable more than a fine sheen until it wears off...then I agree about eating a fairy.

Thanks everyone!! You guys are too sweet...you know it must be good if I'm willing to post a 'real' pic, haha! Currently fighting the urge for Virgin Rose. Although I know as soon as I see someone looking lovely in it I'm so done.You look lovely, its a very pretty shade on you!

I think I used to too. Love Child lipglass maybe? Or possibly Desire lipglass or Decorative lustreglass? I don't really remember exactly what they look like.
