TERRIBLE!! Worst ever. They sent me a damaged product a week ago, and they're STILL giving me the runaround. I will be contacting my credit card company shortly. Do NOT use them if you have any choice. Promo not worth it.

Yeah I ordered the matte and the sheer RL. Only the matte has shipped so far. Waiting nervously for it!

neimans/bergdorf! I bought a bracelet from NM, I then saw a few months later at Saks for ½ price full retail! I was like WTF?!? mind you it was about 8 months or more after I had purchased - I then saw the same exact bracelet on NM.com and at full retail but ½ of what I had paid! bizarre! I called and with in 2 days had a credit back to my card for the pretty large difference - it all really depends on who you get on the phone though at the end of the day IMO no matter where you shop but I have always found NM/B to be the best! I only get mad at them about the one box per item shipping, it's not always the case but happens a lot, it is such a waste and I love trees! ha! does Saks have a specific return period? I have a few things I need to exchange + the like and I'm over 30 days as I've been a yo-yo, back + forth from FL to CT! xx just bought TF A/W 15, so far loving it on cheeks! have only had a few days! does not hold a candle to this summers cream blush but me likey! It can't really be compared anyway - Going to try it out w/Burnished Amber quad but a lot of my m/u is in storage (a/c of course!) Going to try and pull it out today but movers were not the most oraganized, ha! I do have my lips + boys with, if anyone needs a swatch comparison on any of the new fall colors vs LB, I can do so next time I hit up NM! xx

Yes, I have returned makeup to Sak's, gently used with no issues. I just filled out the returned the form and checked the "change mind". Better to ask for forgiveness then permission. It went right through. I do not shop Sak's often, as in one in a very great while. NM/BG is the way to go, at least for me. Their customer service is outstanding. Nordie's is good too about returns. Yes, even if used. Yes, I just return via their smart or if I bring it into the store. My experience is that they just being up the return. No questions asked.

I'll be sure to post swatches once I get it. TBH I'm actually more excited about the sheer than the matte coz it doesn't look like anything I currently have!

So I smelled my TF Paradiso and it smells old. Not rancid but like I've had it for a long time. .

Ok so I bought huge bunch of TF lippies.
So Vain - super sad this did not work on me. On a wrist swatch it looked alright, but when applied, it made me look like I was poisoned.
Crimson Noir was another surprise fail on me. I have a lot of reds and this just did nothing for me. I was really expecting to love it.
Something Wild was hardly wild but it was an interesting color! The somewhat mauve base actually still brightened my complexion. A keeper!
I'm still contemplating on whether to keep Misbehaved and Sweet Spot. Different finish aside, it just seems like I have so many similar colors lately.
