Does the powder come without a plastic insert inside? I've never had a Chanel powder without a plastic cover. I'm a bit worried and wondering whether I should return. Thanks.
Same- when I noticed it I asked the SA and she checked another one and it also had no cover- very odd for Chanel! I'm in Australia btw!

That settles it for me, buying it for sure! Thanks!:flower:
Yes, I'm thinking of getting this JC as well. Btw, have you tried Golden Sun yet? What shade would you say it is? I can't get to a Chanel counter right now and I'm trying to decide whether to buy it. In some swatches it looks bronzy, in some more mauve. I have light skin with strong pink / red undertones, (I wear Chanel foundation B20 ) and I wouldn't want to emphasise the redness. Thanks. :)

Before I try my Infiniment powder, I just have one more question. Do you find that it can make your skin oily, shiny or that you'd need to blot? I have combo skin but can't wear Les Beiges powders. While they make my skin look flawless at first within a couple of hours it's all gone and I'm oily. I don't have this problem with other powders or just with foundation alone. Thank you.
Do the foundations you use have SPF? Is there a chance you are sensitive to the SPF ingredients and that may cause your oil production to go nuts? That would be a difference between Les Beiges and other Chanel powders. I checked and even my Marniere 001 (the light striped one from this summer) has SPF 15. I'm randomly sensitive to SPF....NARS tinted moisturizer? Fine! Les Beiges? Fine! SuperGoop!? NO WAY! Keihls? Nope.

I think you may be right, at least with some SPF. I'm ok with Chanel Perfection Lumiere (SPF 10), Sisley Teint Expert (no SPF) but I can't wear Guerlain Tenue de Perfection (SPF 20). I thought it was the Shea butter in Les Beiges but I may be wrong and it could be the SPF in which case Infiniment should be ok as it doesn't appear to have SPF. Thanks for your suggestion.

I remember there is a primer for oily skin that provides a matte finish. Nope no clue who made it. I know it is out there. That might help for oily issues, just thinking it might.

there are tons and tons of primers for oily skin out there - lancome pore eraser, dior pore minimizer, benefit dr feelgood, smashbox has couple of them, becca, urban decay mattitfying primer, I mean pretty much every brand has primer for oily skin
