When it comes to donating to makeup. My Mom works directly with the shelter person on site at the actual shelter. As well as with the various missions through the Catholic Church. If you call the drop off location, these are people who donate their time for a worthy cause, but usually have no clue what is going on. Think of it being like donating formal gowns, meant for young women for prom etc, but instead go into a pile for whatever????

Does anyone know if the Rouge Noir lipstick is a different formula then the previous one????

How soft is the MAC brush compared to the Chanel?

They are equally soft. Chanel has longer bristles while mac are shorter and brush is bigger. They are both great
