So, I just got off the phone with Sephora CS :lecture: it did NOT go well at all. The cs rep had a hair flippin bad attitude! She said that I shouldn't read complaints about the flash shipping on the internet because all you people that have had complaints were wrong & when you have called to complain, you found out that you had hazardous materials in your order that delayed the shipping & then you apologized to them because you were wrong :shock: She admitted that the warehouse chose the wrong shipping for my $$$ powder but its still only ONE day late  :huh:   I said that is not flash shipping & she just repeated her line. I will send an over-view email to Sephora myself after that conversation hboy: & told her I would be doing so because of her attitude.

So...they screw up and there is no way to make it up to you? That is horrible CS. And her attitude is NOT acceptable. Attitude is everything....

I had to go back and re-read b/c this is just disgusting. Like we're a bunch of dummies. I'm a makeup junkie AND a scientist. I know what is hazardous and will slow my shipping down. I also know terrible customer service. Geez, Sephora is just killing it this year!

I am relatively new to Guerlain, but after my first taste of the quality makeup there was no going back. And so today I picked up my first holiday collection purchase ever and my first meteorite balls ever! I've been reading the forums for a while now and I have to thank you ladies for helping me so much even though you didn't realize it. I can't wait to start using my new products. I got: the meteorite pearls and the eyeshadow/blush palette.

Has Nordies gotten rid of samples?  Poo cash back, no samples, and very very similar colors has me questioning this purchase...

What, now? Aww I emailed Nordies and they replied: "Thank you for reaching out to us. We definitely have not gotten rid of our Smart Sampling Program! We are working very hard to get these re-published, so they are active on our site as soon as possible. This should be resolved by midnight tonight! We are happy to place an order for you via Live Chat or over the phone if you would like. We can also send samples separately if you placed an order and the samples were unavailable."

It is the pink to end all pinks! I LOVE this and LOVE Rouge G (this was my first)!!!! Will totally buy velvet matte to have 'backup' of this shade in different formula. Waiting for it to appear on Sephora, though.

Thank you!!! I usually don't have great self-esteem (and when I do, I try to be more modest), but I do think this shade is really pretty on me! So happy! And so happy fragrance doesn't bother me because this I done of the heaviest I've encountered.

Thanks goodness, I thought I was an internet freak or something
