Thank you for the swatches, La Merv looks incredible!! :eyelove:
You're welcome!
La Mysterieuse - It's SO gorgeous & flattering on :eyelove: - a slight brick toned deepened strawberry red.
So pretty, enjoy! What else did you get?
@Ernie , your swatches make me want everything :hot:
:bigstar:
Thanks for the beautiful swatches, Ernie!!! My list just grew I'm in Chicago for a week & I'm wondering if I can luck out & find the collection here. LA is behind!
You're welcome Psych!
Anyone know the differences between L'Indomptable and La Mervellieuse? Both look "bright pink" to me.
L'indomptable is lighter and pinker than La Merveilleuse.
so finally extra black mascara showed up?
Yes it did! You can see in my swatches I dabbed them on, the regular, extreme and rouge noir. :haha:
  Just ordered it  I only need a feather, not a stick LOL!!!!
True!
......and imagine that all it would have taken to get you to order Inspiree was that one little feather:haha:   I'm thinking that dark gloss will look good w/Inspiree:happydance:
Yes it will!
i wonder how similar this is to "prune" shade?
I don't know the prune shade. Is that permanent?
Yes I was expecting more of a burgundy shade in line with the rouge noir theme!! A tad more red would have been nice!!
No red in this I'm afraid, but still gorgeous, not brown, but a subdued burgundy.

Yes, I am going to be snarky....I know you are all in shock!!!! Remember back in grade school the girl who was just a Debbie Downer, and always found fault in everything???? Yet presented herself as little Miss Perfect???? As in I worked so hard on this school project, candle light, walking to the library in deep snow with holes in my shoes, and I just work so much harder then any of the rest of you??? Then the teachers would let it slide even though her work was sub-par???? Yes, Ms. T reminds me of this!!!!!

I have numerous reviews, as well as having in-depth discussion with Chanel upper management. It is was done with PURPOSE to have present various hues and values of the Vamp line in this collection. It is not suppose to be matchy-matchy. Just as with many lines, depending on your skin tone, and you undertones, the color on one person will not exact on another person. Think of Mr. Ford lipsticks on me and my Pink Casper. They pull orange, yet on many of you they do not. It is frigging makeup, Ms. T.

Just as with CL Eton Moi, it pulls purple with a undertone of berry. Yet on some of you it does not. Which does not make it a yucky product. I can't wear yellow. I look like I have serious liver disease. Doesn't mean yellow sucks, nor would I ever tell people, avoid yellow. Yes, I am ranting.....

I have to say I like a collection even more if there's variation and not just one colour repeated for eyeshadow, blush, lipstick and nailpolish. Sometimes exactly matching colours look nice, because it's a calculated look, but very often it simply looks boring.

I'm totally smitten with this holiday collection. Over here we still wait for the autumn one to come out, and it seems we're not getting the quad. I'm so grateful that I've let my make-up greed run wild and get it from Harrod's! I guess I'll have to keep an eye on their website for the holiday colllection as well.

I agree---we need to stop reading the reviews---consider it a coffee table book and just look at the pictures
