Sorry for the MASSIVE post with all my pics/swatches. But I hope they help! I have all of my haul except SOG which I last minute phone ordered from nordies the other day. So it'll probably be here next week.
First off, here is a picture of my haul. Left is flash & right is no flash.
That's the nordie's exclusive copper eye/lip bag, moon is blue, tonight's the night, night thrill, oh darling, & dark side.
This is the swatch of the lipstick "The Right Note" (Cremesheen) and lip glass "Rocket to the Moon" both are very pretty nudes! Theyre a touch more pink IRL, but this is pretty close to being accurate on my skin tone.
Here are three of the CDPs. Top to bottom: Moon is blue, Night Thrill, Tonight's the Night! Both photos are no flash. Both photos, each color is swiped one time.
Left photo is dry, no eyeshadow primer.
Right photo is dry, over UD's eyeshadow primer in eden.
Primer really saves Night Thrill, imo. I was considering returning it. For MIB and TTN, it makes the shadows brighter and the shimmer stand out more.
I'm sorry I forgot to swatch these wet.
Dark side lipstick.
Technakohl Liner in Photogravure from the copper eye & lip bag.
Oh Darling. Both with no flash. Just two different angles. Definitely very yellow gold on me. I can pull it off blended out on my cheekbones.
Veluxe Pearlfusion Shadow in Copperluxe.
Swatches of
Veluxe Pearlfusion Shadow in Copperluxe. To be honest, the pigmentation is pretty crap without primer. (luckily I use primer every time I put on eyeshadow so it doesn't bother me too much) The 2nd shade might as well not exist, and the golden shade seems like a glitter topper. If I didn't love the lipstick and gloss so much from the bag, it would be going back. Primer definitely helps a *lot*, but I'm worried about fall out. We'll see how it actually wears on the eyes. I intend on trying it out Monday. I try not to wear makeup on the weekends unless I'm going somewhere.
As you can see, on the left is no primer, and the right is with UD's primer in eden. I have yet to try this with TF's glitter glue. It might help even more. I just hate how that base makes colors soooo unblendable. The bottom most shade is really pretty. It was hard to catch on camera, but it's dark brown with a little bit of colored shimmer in it. Both of these photos are without flash. The one on the left, with no primer, needed a bunch of swipes to build it up to how you see there. On the right, over primer, each swatch is one swipe! You can really see how much primer helps.
This is
Veluxe Pearlfusion Shadow in Copperluxe WITH primer, & with flash. You can kind of see the 2nd shade here. Honestly it blends away into my skin tone. It might stand out more on ladies who are a different skin tone than I am. It's a really soft and buttery shade though. I guess it'll just help me blend out the look.
When SOG gets here, I'll swatch it on my fair skin tone!
