Ok, I know this is the sephora thread but ulta has been mentioned. I never received my coupon. Neither by mail or email. I'm almost platinum so it's only 10% but wth. Am I not good enough for a discount lol. Anyone else in this boat or am I just always the unlucky one. Thanks.

I didn't get one either and i posted on their Facebook page and they messaged me and sent me a 20% off coupon! Let them know! I also have my coupon for $10 off and free marvelous moxie lip gloss for my birthday to use! This is the first year I have ever been platinum! And I have $50 in rewards to spend. Why can't Sephora do that?! I'd have tons of rewards cash. I'm starting to buy any brand I can get at Ulta or Sephora at Ulta instead. The rewards are better and shipping length doesn't bother me too much. Although I think platinum members should get better shipping and lower shipping minimum.

Haha! We did get HER one, but of course she took it off constantly. We got plenty of happy birthdays though! And she got the royal treatment at the princess salon. Plus trick or treating. It was quite the trip. I wish they had that when I was five! Hahaha.

I just asked their CS if they were going to start shipping CL pumps First Class Mail next. Or if they'd budgeted for all of the lipsticks they were going to melt in community mailboxes.
