See!?? I thought it was the tester since everyone here said it was a matte with no sheen! Now that I look at Aria it does seem to have a blue sheen althought it's marketed as a matte! Monty had a point lol

Well.......since you asked. i got both of the EDSF, 2 of the Evening Rendezvous lipsticks, another All Fired UP and Dark Side since it was in the purple bullet.I recently started a new job n have been training n learning the ropes... I haven't picked up anything as of yet but the MSFs look interesting and maybe one of the lipsticks, if I can grab it... It's the pink/purple matte one that has caught my eye n u lady???
Try Aria. You will love it. It reminds me of a lighter version of Melt's Dark Room. I am very happy with Aria. It is a matte lipstick. Now that I look at Aria it does seem to have a blue sheen althought it's marketed as a matte! Monty had a point lol
Have u tried D for Danger??? She is pretty close to Heaux but not as matte
It really is a very special color. The fact that it is a retro matte is important too. D for Danger is a perfect dupe. It is not a retro matte tho.
Thanks ladies. I will pick that up asapYup! I concur re DfD!
I agree...Vande suggested DfD because I missed the original Heaux and I love it! Hope u like it too! Thanks ladies. I will pick that up asap

Lol! I hear that! I went from lusteres to retro mattes being one of my favorite finishes. Sometimes the mattes aren't matte enough! Lol! Why I just placed another order for the Colourpop ultra matte lippies. Wish MAC would add more retros to their permanent collection....:hello: lady. Sometimes I will add the retro matte Heaux on top of it.

I've seen a couple of reviews where people said MAC changed the formula to be less drying but what makes Retro Mattes Bomb IMO is that true matte texture, no shine...lol.I think Mac changed the formula a bit to make retro mattes less dry. I tried on All Fired Up from the Magic Nights collection last week and it is much creamier than the AFU from two years ago. Unfortunately I think we will have to opt for the liquid mattes to get the old retro matte look and feel. LOL.
I agree totally. :sigh:I've seen a couple of reviews where people said MAC changed the formula to be less drying but what makes Retro Mattes Bomb IMO is that true matte texture, no shine...lol.

I know you love your light pinks.Bomb-azz cracked lips if one isn't careful!
And I'm a sucker for those pastel/pale pink glosses too.I know you love your light pinks.
I am really excited if they are kinda similar. Some have pointed out that TTT is a dark burgndy and VGAG is more of a dark plum. I would love to see swatches of VGAG next to Urban Decay's Blackmail.
