Although I've already gotten both this time around, mine have been late on occasion.

The email finally arrived a little while ago! The physical card is still outstanding but that's okay since I will probably place an online order. Like others on this thread, I already bought the makeup and skincare I really, really wanted. The beauty items I'm really looking forward too are from the Spring collections and haven't launched yet.

Hey ladies, I don't usually post here because I don't have access to Sephora but I need some advice. I'm looking for a good everyday moisturiser, which also wears nicely under makeup. Apart from some breakout issues, which are taken care of with my night time routine, my skin is relatively normal. I'm currently using Embryolisse but I feel like it stays on top of my skin.
I ordered Clinique Moisture surge extended thirst relief, the other choices were Clinique dramatically different moisturising lotion, Kiehl's Ultra facial cream/moisturiser and Clarins Beauty flash balm (although I think the last is quite different).
Do you think I've made the right choice or should I return this? I'm open for more recommendations

So I just called Sephora's costumer service line to ask about why I haven't received my $25 off $50 coupon yet since the promotion starts tomorrow. The rep that I spoke to was the rudest person I ever had to deal with it. He called me a liar, saying it showed delivered, etc. (why would I waste my time calling and dealing with these people if I received the gift card??) I asked him what his name was "he says WILHELM" yelling it. I then ask why does he has an attitude and yelling? And asked him what his last name was - continued to yell for no apparent reason. I then said transfer me to your manager and now I have been on hold for over an hour (he obviously never tried to transfer me). Never have I been so disrespected, especially by a company that I spend thousands of dollars on each year. I cannot believe that I was treated like this - my question was NOT answered and I had to deal with a horrible rep. This is ridiculous.




I am SO turned off. I don't even wanna buy anything from there.

I'm sorry. Sadly, I'm not surprised based on how I've been treated the past couple of months. It's not just you.

Hey C!!! I had recently gotten the Armani foundation from the Armani 20% off site sale. It might still be on---you might want to check. I'm thinking about the MJ liquid liner pen---tried a mini and I loved it.

I love the MJ liner. That said, I also adore the Sephora Collection Felt Liners that retail for $14. They're dead dupes for KVD liner.

I really love the Ole Henriksen moisturizer that comes in the 3 little wonders set. Goes right into the skin & you do not feel it sitting on the skin at all. Moisturizers break my skin out but this one hasn't at all. I also love the Amorepacific one as well.

That's funny. I'm returning/exchanging my Anastasia brow wiz. I got it at the ViB sale and I can't get it to twist up anymore. I've bought it many times so I'm hoping this one is just a dud.

I agree with Elegant regarding Old Henikson also Bosica is very good as well as Kate Sommerville.

Yeah it probably was just a dude because I love the brow wiz and don't have any problems with it.
