Nah, skipping this collection. I've still got one more item to pick up from Dark Desires (if i'm actually bothered to order it). Plus, I have 3 items in my Selfridges basket to mull over (which is a 'just shut up and order them' moment in the new year).

This is the most money I have spent on a collection...!!! I saw the IG pic NATlar shared with us on here but took a risk with the brush anyway! I am surprised yet not so suprised that everything is still in stock in the UK. Does that even make sense?! Whenever I receive the brush I will try to post a pic.

I'm really surprised usually a collection here is out of stock within the hour maybe they got plenty of stock in or people are just not feeling it with it being a neutral collection and easily dupeable!! I just couldn't say no haha!! Did you order anything else apart from the brush? I did want a pushglass in Goodness Gracious but I couldn't spent enough this month haha!!

Oh I skipped that collection I wouldn't of minded the black lipstick in it but was disappointed it wasn't a matte so I skipped!! Imo a black lipstick should be matte haha!!

I ordered both lipsticks, plushglasses, palettes the bronzer duo. Everything multiplied by two (1 set for me and 1 for my sister!!) and just the powder brush for me. I am so sad, I saved for ages for this collection!!!! I am done with mac... Til next time something else suckers me in ;-)

Black Night is a hottie. Yes, it is a shame that it's not a matte. But if it was, it's Form Form reincarnated. So if you did miss Firm Form, grab it.

Just seen this on IG... her brushes are not Rose Gold by the looks of it so if anyone brought any because of the "Ross Gold" you'll probably be disappointed

I got the SE 217 and I am super disappointed!! It's a soft gold color and not rose gold at all. When I first opened it, in the lighting in my room, I couldn't even tell it was different.

When held against my normal 217 I can tell. It's just plain gold, and the handle is shiny black just like the lipstick packaging. It feels lighter and kinda cheap TBH. But the actual brush head feels perfectly fine. So I guess I will keep it.

thanks for the heads up, I actually like the shiny black handle but the brush hairs don't look cut exactly like the perm 217s. I'm exchanging my 246 for the OG 217 lol

do you have any idea if Von Teese lipstick will be released in Mac.se or when?

December 19th for Sweden, December 30th for Denmark. Give or take a few days, Mac can release a few days earlier than their set dates sometimes but those are the official dates. Online Only.

I gotta say, Im not super impressed by the bronzer in the duo. It feels so stiff, like there's a layer ontop of it. I had to scrape the surface to get some product off. The blush is super pretty and quite pigmented though..

I swatched these lipsticks in my MAC store. They are SHEER (so they can't be cremesheens like MAC said on the website, in my opinion/observation).
Which is good if that's the kind of thing you are looking for. They're just not something I would get backups for. Glad I only got 1.

The powder in my EG compact arrived broken and messy - MAC is sending out a replacement...sigh..
The 129 brush: is a bit disappointing. Not rose gold. Not even the LE Ellie Goulding design on it...boo! I'll forget about it soon, for sure

Only You, Revved patentpolish, & the peachy shade in the Halcyon nights palette...LOVE!

Also, interesting how all four shades in the Halcyon Nights palette looks just like Sonia Kashuk's 'Fair and Square' quad in Target's I ran across, but didn't buy because I knew I wanted HN.

Got my eye on the two glosses and pink rebel lustre drops now haha but I think I'll leave the glosses as I'm not exactly a lip gloss person and I do have a few that i don't wear haha but they'll go with the lipsticks.... might just go with the lustre drops ha!

Yes! What a disappointment for sure. You would think their quality control would have caught that but maybe they were sleeping. I would have loved it to be a nice rose gold shade. Ugh

I wonder if you got a dud! Mine in super pigmented and finely milled-- I have to use a light hand so as not to overdue it! The inconsistency is strange....
