The bottom purple was a little cooler on me. I'm pretty neutral, but this quad was a little cool. Not crazy, though. My terrible lighting on that one makes it and me look warmer. Sorry for not noticing how bad it was. Really Ree's swatches look pretty true to life on the quads even though I can never trust her lip product swatches.

I agree about not super unique, but I do think the pairings are well done. Don't judge lilac by my swatches...check out Really Ree's. Mine for that quad was particularly bad, but it's what I had to share.
Several lighter shades across the quads were a little on the more sheer side, but I think it's on purpose for accenting/highlighting. Other than Starry Night, I found them to be nice, smooth, and pigmented. While others might love SN, that quad and I didn't not play well.

I got a sample made while playing yesterday, and I really really like it. I'm trying to decide between it and Venetian Bergamot. HATED Amber Absolut, which was a surprise.

Do you like Noir or Velvet Orchid? Those are two of my favourites ever. Very unexpected because they smell better on me than on a card lol.

I love Noir (pour femme...specifying since some ladies rock Noir), but I don't care for Velvet Orchid that much. Don't hate it, just don't like it either. I also like Fleur de Chine. I agree about Noir smelling even better on than the card. It also lasts on me where as others had big issues with that. Yay body chemistry!

I adore noir pour femme but velvet orchid didn't work for me. On my skin it develops terribly with some annoying note that reminds me of urine

I tried the new Shade and Illuminate duo, the Runway one. I didn't quite know what to do with it. I wasn't getting enough color with it but I didn't really dig in. I may play with this tonight.

You know I completely forgot there was a regular EL Bronze Goddess fragrance apart from the body oil. I have to give it a smell again. From what I remember though, the EL one doesn't last very long on the skin, right?
