I like the color. Cremesheen...I actually like this finish after matte and satin. I wanted it to be matte but I guess Cremesheen makes more sense. It's more forgiving on mature lips

I care more about the cause (AIDS Fund Transgender Initiative) than the model/spokesperson.

Me too. I really don't care for the Ks and Js but it's a great cause so if it's a color I like I will definitely buy it.

None of the money from purchasing this lipstick goes to Caitlyn. She has already been paid her spokesperson fee. I'm not going to punish a very deserving cause because MAC is tone-deaf.

Absolutely! Or in addition to, but I sincerely doubt most of the people that would have otherwise bought the lippie will do that, and I think it is a shame.

I think so. Maybe you could look up causes that include LGBT and transgendered people and donate directly, bypassing the spokesperson.

I need a new nude and I support the cause. Allthough I may not like the Kardashian family you can't deny that Caitlyn raised a lot of attention for the cause. You can say that there are other people who deserve this more but fact is that everybody now knows who Caitlyn is. If you know who Andrej Pejic, Valentijn de Hingh, Loiza Lamers, Geena Rocero, Carmen Carrera and a lot of others are, good for you. But go to a mall in a subburb and ask a girl or woman who has nothing to do with the cause if they know them and they won't. Ask them if they know who Caitlyn is and they will.

You can't deny she brings attention to the cause in a way the world has never seen before. That is not only good from a marketing point of view but it is also great for the cause. So I will support her, I hope she will sell a boatload of lipstick and I hope that there will be a next time for another transgender model with her own lipstick. If it was up to me, they could do this every year and I will buy that lipstick for the cause and not just for the spokesperson.

I agree. Most transgender people aren't fame hungry, hyped up media whores like this. Much as I like the colour I'm seeing here, I refuse to support the Kardashians and Jenners.

i just cannot support this person. Boy becomes girl and is instantly a media whore. The way her transition was handled by the media, and by her and her family manipulating the media... Transgendered people do need to have more understanding and awareness, but please, lets not make this person the face of transgendered people everywhere. She also killed a person with her car, why is she not in jail?

yes but it can also be seen as a negative attention she is bringing . and she is also launching her own cosmetic line so this seems more like a marketing move than her really carrying about the cause

And her daughter has some cosmetics line too.... And her ex wife is the momager of them all. These people are fame hungry and all about media manipulation. Didn't Kim K become "famous" by leaking out a sex tape? They are all about marketing and $$$$$$....

Good cause, I just wish it all was handled differently... Maybe TV could do more transgender awareness with other people. There is this lovely girl on TLC who is transgender too. Maybe she could have been the spokesperson for the lipstick.

Laverne Cox, love her. Can't wait to see what she can do in RHPS (if we get it in UK). She would've been a much better choice, at least she hasn't killed anyone while driving.

I'm actually super upset that she accepted the role of Frank. I can't believe any transgender woman would take the role of a cross dressing man. That whole thing's gonna be a mess tbh I'm avoiding it lol. But I definitely think she would've been a better fit for a MAC collection!
