I think it's kind of funny they still have Lavender Jade's color description as a dirty mauve w/ gold pearl. Literally none of those words are correct lol.

I bought Lavender Jade from Bao Bao Wan and you are tellin' the truth! No gold pearl, and definitely not "dirty mauve". I bought it based on photos and not MAC's description, but, seriously, they need to get their stuff together in the color description sector - and no more naming products with same name as a previous, completely different product. You know, like Lust Extract. They couldn't think of a different name using one of those words + a different word? Gimme a break!

Right! You had no choice lol. They really had ALL the colors as in all 29 new lipstick shades?

It certainly looked that way! If anything, they were only missing one or two! The only one I don't remember seeing is the green shade, Wild Extract. After looking through the list on the front page I remember swatching quite a few, and remembered seeing the names of the others.
I was very surprised. We normally don't get that much, since it is just a counter.

I only b2m'd one because willpower. Scored Lavender Jade at Nordstrom Short Pump. Originally missed it and all the others when Bao Bao Wan came out. Actually, the frustration with that collection was the final straw for me quitting hardcore stalking collections. I wore it for the first time today. Gorgeous color, heinous formula and wear. The color's so good; I'll be using a lip primer. Dusty mauve tho? Nah. Neon unicorn pastel purple with gold microshimmer in the pigment.

After seeing these swatches my list has dwindled down quite a bit. I think I only want Mangrove and 4Eva now (and probably the blushes News Flash! and Never Say Never but I have to see swatches first).

I like quite a few of them, but the main two I'll be after to get first are Lavender Jade and Nifty Neon. Then Red Rock, Mangrove, 4Eva, and Punk Couture.

I'll probably get the safe colours like Really Me, Red Rock, Mangrove and also Nifty Neon which I'm especially looking forward to as I don't think I have anything like that in my collection. If I'm feeling frivolous, I might get Dreampot.

Of those, I might possibly get Red Rock, although I have so many reds already that I am going to try to resist. Mangrove looks nice, but I fear it would be too orange on me.

For whatever reason I am madly in love with Deep Rooted and very happy that Punk Couture, or Punk as I like to call her, will be part of the permanent line. Love that color too much!
