Soooo... since we're seeing all these lovely holiday sets already.... any word on the dates for this year's Employee Appreciation and/or VIB Sale?

Hey girl. We usually don't know this soon. We literally don't find out until a week or two out. In general though, the sale is the end of October/early November. And that's not coming from the company directly; that's just from experience. lol

I will be sure to post here when I can send out codes for the ea sale.

I stand corrected! The friends and family sale, according to one of my co-workers, will be 10/23-10/30. So get your list together!

I've been behind this year together with buying new things so my list is pretty sizeable and packed with items you guys might consider old lol. But im really looking forward to the good skincare sets because those are the things I stock up on and end up having for a while. I want the moondust palette, some of the smashbox always on lippies, ( I love using those on clients) and I may finally get my paws on a couple of the viseart palettes. I don't recall purchase a single solidary eyeshadow palette this year! YIKES! I feel like I'm definitely gonna make up for my low-buy during the holidays.

I have two of the Contour Eye Pencils. Pretty soft, don't experience tugging, and really good staying power.

Are you looking for anything in particular? If we're talking AHA, I will forever be a fan of Ole Henriksen Invigorating Night Gel. It's super gentle and always gives me great results, but it may not be strong enough for you if you already consistently use glycolic acid.

My list is super boring this year as well. Some skincare and stocking up on some yearly essentials. I do want the Kat Von D palette and the liquid lipstick mini set, the Bobbi Brown shimmer palette set and the Guerlain meteorites. Not a lot else has left me oozing with excitement.

*I for one actually like the UD All Nighter Foundation, so I will definitely pick that up.
*The only lust high end stuff in my list right now are the TF Afternooner and Bi Coastal compacts...so pretty
*I had 2 Marc Jacobs blushes as well...but his recent snafoo negates them.

Yeah...that's about it...unless the new Kevyn Aucoin e/s palettes arrive in time. I am really trying to resist the ABH & KVD e/s palettes...the trade off may be to add a few single ABH pans to my custom MUFE XL palettes. Perhaps buy another smaller empty palette to make something portable for travel.

My list is going to be very carefully selected for this year, some skincare, and regular rotation items (loose powder, etc).

I've noticed recently that certain sample codes can only be used once. I placed two orders within a couple of weeks, and wanted the same sample, as no others were appealing to me, but it said I had already used it. First time that has ever happened. In light of this, I'll be making sure I get everything I want with the VIBR code in one order. It'll keep me from panicking at the end of the sale, and ordering stuff I don't need lol.

Let me know if you do feel your NARS is a dupe of the TF. I have a couple DI blushes as well...and yes, being pricey I would rather splurge on something else
