Calm down everyone. The shipping issue is a glitch. Just call them, give them the order number, and they will credit it back. They're aware of it and trying to fix it.

My stuff should be here Friday!!

Also, brush is SO already.

I ordered everything that I wanted. Only one of each item allowed, and I had to pay for shipping :mad:

I may be completely wrong, but I'm wondering if it has to do with having only Selena items in your cart. I had other items in my cart along with the Selena collection. I wonder if it's defaulted to not apply the free shipping to pre-sale items, but if you have regular collection items as well,it works normally. I'm probably completely off base, just my amateur troubleshooting.

I just got off the phone with MAC and they told me they were aware of the shipping charges and was told to call back in an hour(!!!) bc the orders won't show up in their system until then and then they can go ahead and credit me for the shipping. SMH!!!!

Yeah, they credited back the shipping. I ordered all the eyeshadows, lip products, compact, and brush. I want to place another order for the eyeliner and mascara.

Could be, I also ordered foundation and it did do my usual free 2 day shipping before I changed it to overnight.

Spoke with live chat, they said they would refund the shipping charge and put in a request to get the free 2-day shipping I was supposed to get being Devoted but it's not guaranteed so we'll see.

I just got off the phone with them and they apologized and issued a $6 credit to my account. Now I have to cross my fingers and hope I can get the compact this weekend. My funds are reeeaaalllly tight right now. Lol I was squeezing pennies for this one. Lol

Definitely a glitch with the Selena items. If you add any regular items, the shipping charge goes away.

Dang you weren't playing around! Get it girl! Now I'm debating a couple E/S and techno cumbia or if to wait to resolve the shipping issue

How can you guys see if the shipping charge was credited back to you? I am guessing mine has not been credited back as it showed up on my order confirmation and under order status.
