Does anyone have a hard time appplying this pigment? Yesterday it was just frustrating applying it. If I used wet it caked. If I used it dry it flaked everywhere. So far I've used Cornflower, Golden olive, Vanilla, Blue Brown, Apricot Pink and I do not have this problem with them. What's another...
