Im not too sure if this is the right thread (You can move it if need be) But are the shadows in the mineral line expansion perm? cause i noticed on the website they dont have the LE marking?? HELP! so i dont have to go and spend all my cash now when i know i can get them later. hahaha

I recently got my hands on the CCB's, actually my BF got them for me thinking they were eyeshadows (its the thought that counts right?), and I read the little paper that comes in the box, and theyre not safe for the eyes, so i was wondering, how the heck do we use them?!
