This Saturday (July 18th) is my 15th birthday. To celebrate, my family and a few close friends and I are having dinner at Benihana. I kinda need an idea of a makeup look for the dinner. What do you recommend? I have some pictures below, and you may use my signature for information on my coloring. Yes, I'm very good with makeup, and if you tell me about a technique I don't know how to do, then I'll look it up

Without makeup, besides some mascara (just taken from my webcam a few minutes ago!):
With makeup, but not particularly dramatic:
The next picture is from last month, before I had a sunburn on my nose like I do now :/.
Also, I have no clue what to wear clothing-wise. If anyone has ideas of colors and styles and trends to wear, that would be nice, too. (I may or may not have something, but I can certainly improvise if needed!) I'm about 5'6" and around size 14, with a large stomach (EW!!!) and curves in all of the wrong (and some right) places. I'm not morbidly obese or anything, just lacking tone and a bit overweight. Mom says that I have nice legs, though
