2 fotd...a purple and a goldish-pinkish

I'm sure that I do a purple eye about 2x a week, but I usually try and mix it up a bit by changing the shape/applications, and i have so many purple-y shadows I have a neverending supply of combinations it seems

The purple day: (all mac unless i've put otherwise)

Face:
Superbalanced foundation (no.1) - clinique
Facepoweder in chic white - Givenchy
Touch Eclat - YSL

Cheeks:
Glissade MSF
Pinch o' peach Blusher
Lightscapade MSF

Eyes:
UDPP
A Pupa cream e/s (its similar in colour to artjam paint)
Crystal e/s
parfait amour (pain in the bum!) e/s
Santorini e/s - Nars
Himalayas e/s Nars (the blueish tinged side)
Blacktrack f/l
Hypnose mascara - lancome
Walnut Eyebrow Shader

Lips:
Lip Injection - too faced
Cheap-o pink liner
real doll l/s
flusterose l/g

before lipgloss (just wearing some lip injection)

I honestly don't know why this is so small - usually they resize, but apparently not today!! grr, anyway, you get the picture (sort of)

I'm a purple addict too, and I also find Parfait Amour a pain in the bum, lol!


- Is Santorini worth the $$$ in your humble opinion?

haha isn't it though? (parfait amour) you *really* have to go to town on it! its so gorgeous though I can't give up on it yet!

And santorini, to be honest, is another parfait amour...gorgeous in the pot, but once I attempted putting it on, it was a bit of a pest! you have to pack it on quite a bit. I suppose its good in a way as that makes it buildable, as its quite dark, but mine is chalky. I'm thinking I may have one of a dodgy batch, as I've another nars shadow and the texture is lovely, I use it almost every day as a highlight colour. For how much I paid I was disappointed as well, I paid £15 which is near enough $30 for ONE eyeshadow

aww thanks very much, I always feel very un-confident in my blending (and my english too apparently? is un-confident even a word?? I think not!) this makes me feel like its not quite so sub-par
