Hey everyone!!! Last week i bought this Electric Blue Eyeliner that i have been waiting for the right opportunity to use!! Well, i used it today & needless to say... i am inlove!!! It is a beautiful color that goes on so smooth!! I am very happy with it

So, for the second time ever... i didnt use black on my bottom waterline, i used blue

Ummm WOW. That's amazing. I love blues on you so much. This looks fantastic. It reminds me of this candy we used to get as kids. It was a little darker blue with streaks of green in it.
