Most of the pigments aren't limited!
They last a long time so they don't have to come in a bigger cup!
In my ProStore they have a display for them but I think it's better when they're on one level and upside down so I can see the colour...

Pigments are not generally stocked at counters- they are a regularly stocked item at freestanding stores and PRO stores.

There are some pigments that are limited edition, but most are permanent to the collection.
