LIke you wouldn't believe.

The past few days have been a nightmare but

Just to give you an overview of my craptacular day:

-I got to see the bus in ATL where those 6 boys were killed. It was the most horrific sight I've ever seen. So sad

- I missed a funeral I was trying to go to

-I even missed the graveside memorial

-I deliver medicine to hospice patients. I had to have a police escort to bring the medicine in there. NEVER have I had to have that happen until today.

Those are just the brief points and I wont go into more detail because I will just go on a huge tirade that will accomplish absolutely nothing but I just in a very very frustraited/scared/sick mood. It's weird, I've experienced such strong emotions today that its horrible.

Thanks MAC Attack- i sure hope it gets better.

I mean this week has been hell but today was the absolute worst.

I mean it's so hard to try to be brave and strong - because you don't want to have anyone get upset. Know what I mean? Especially when you go into a hospice you don't want to go in there crying etc.

All I wanted to do all day was to cry and get every emotion out but I couldn't. I was constantly with someone and when I was alone

It was a bad day. I sure do hope tomorrow is better.

Man, I am so sorry. It's that kind of stuff in life that really shakes you up. At least feel blessed that it's not closer to home.

Given what you've listed, I'd say it's completely normal and fine to feel how you're feeling. I'm sorry things aren't going so well for you.
