A very simple look, yet I am perplexed. (Mylene Jampanoi)

So I'm going to try my hand at looking like this goddess of a woman...

MYLENE JAMPANOI
... French model/actress. Who is half Asian :O (love her eyes & her lips!)

It doesn't look like she wears fake lashes..and is that just a single wash over her lids?

that is how lost I am when it comes to MAC..

A few more looks I'd like to try out if you can see them...

(bottom right corner)

she has a natural beauty about her, so it's not too complicated i'm hoping. Of course I don't expect coming out looking EXACTLY like her, but her looks are simple and pretty enough to work for me.

TIA!

It looks like she puts a neutral color on the lid and a dark matte brown in the crease with a frosty brown under the lashes. I can't tell what neutral light color she used, but the dark brown looks like espresso and the frosty color looks like satin taupe.

Thank you!! I just hope that flatters my skintone too, because I am a little tanner than her and I don't have her eye color...

Do you think that lining the eyes with brown liner would hit more close to home than black? I usually line with black liner, but I find that it can look a little harsh. Mylene is very natural in my opinion, and like I said before, she doesn't need much to be beautiful.

That combo flattering your eye color won't be an issue...Satin Taupe and Espresso are lovely neutrals that work well on everyone I've ever tried them on.

It looks to me like she's wearing black liner...but in one pic it almost looks like one eye has black liner, and the other has brown...if you're worried about it being too harsh, maybe tightline with wet shadow (I prefer Beauty Marked for this), then go back over it with a bit of dry Beauty Marked to smudge it out a bit. HTH!
